* All hors d'oeuvres, platters and other menu items can be modified in many ways to suit individual tastes. With our multi-faceted repertoires, we will be happy to discuss anything you may have in mind. We also offer a full buffet menu option.

Additional Costs

• $30.00 per hour on-site labour (minimum 3 hours, including travel time)
• China, cutlery, linens, tables, chairs, etc.
• Bar set-up: pop, ice, juice, garnishes $6.00 per person
• Transportation (outside Winnipeg Beach) $150.00 per vehicle
• Delivery (within city limits) $30.00 for drop-offs
• 20% service gratuity (on-site only)
• GST/PST
